I am one envious soul here in Oz, looking at your photos of gay Paree.
My biggest dream was to do what you are doing.... go to Paris to live, to paint and work. Fabulous!!!

Please do it! I hope you know there's a place called Cite des Arts, at the bottom of the Marais by the Seine which offers scholarships to artists. You can apply through universities or the French embassy in Australia (I think). We only heard about it after arriving, it's a fantastic place for creative people and will certainly try to stay there next time.
